Next, I’ll take 2-3 weeks to research your options and work with my travel partners to curate your initial itinerary proposal. I’ll review it with you, and you’ll be able to provide feedback so I can tweak aspects of your itinerary as needed (you’ll receive up to two revisions so we really nail your needs).

Once we finalize your itinerary, I’ll book and manage all of the major components for you—this includes your accommodations, tours, transfers, and main excursions. You’ll have the option to add on concierge services for complete booking assistance for dinner reservations, event tickets, spa services, and more.

Commissions, meanwhile, come from suppliers like hotels and tour operators—you don’t pay those; the suppliers do. Since commission structures aren't enough to cover the level of service I provide, I charge a service fee to ensure I can focus on delivering a high-quality, customized experience for you. Rest assured, I always work to get you the best value and exclusive perks.
